Delete your Kiboukin account

Kiboukin is operated by Launch 4142 LLC. You can delete your account and the data connected to it at any time.

Before you delete: cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Deleting your Kiboukin account does not cancel them, so cancel first in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Option 1: In the app

Open Kiboukin → Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2: By email

If you can’t open the app, email support@kiboukin.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Send it from the email address on your account. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request by replying from that address before we delete anything. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, include your private relay address (it ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com) in the message. We’ll confirm your request and complete it within 30 days.

If you use Kiboukin without an account, your data is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it.

What we delete

• Your account and profile: name, email, sign-in details, birthday, gender, and other details you gave us
• Your activities, routines, and history
• Your pets and their collections, story mode progress, and settings
• Your stickers, background photo, and cloud backup (paid plans)
• Your push notification token
• Data stored on your device by the app (removed when you delete in the app; if you ask by email, it stays on your device until you uninstall the app)

What we may keep

• Purchase records (such as transaction ID and date), for as long as tax and accounting law requires, generally up to 7 years. They are kept separately and are not linked to your name or email after deletion.
• Gift code records (the code, its status, and when it was redeemed), for as long as we keep purchase records. They are kept without your name or email.
• Sticker export records, for up to 120 days, to investigate abuse reports.
• Analytics data, which is pseudonymous and not linked to your name or email, for up to 14 months.
• Crash reports, for up to 90 days.
• Support messages, for as long as needed to resolve your request and up to 24 months afterward.
• Backup copies, which are removed within 180 days.

Reset your Kiboukin account

To start fresh without deleting your account, open Kiboukin → Settings → Manage Account → Reset Account and confirm. This clears your activities, routines, history, progress, and settings. Your account and subscription stay active.
